Peter William Consulting was built around a hands-on model. The aim is not to arrive, audit the operation and disappear with a slide deck.
Instead, Peter William Consulting works across operational, systems and management teams to understand the problem, develop the solution and stay involved through configuration, testing, training and implementation where required.
Over time, that work has expanded from warehouse operations into WMS configuration, customer onboarding, integrations, transport systems, process improvement, functional ERP consulting and basic IT infrastructure management.
